Michael Caserta graduated the University of Memphis in 2018 with a Health Communications Degree and immediately was welcomed into the Shea family as a Patient Care Coordinator in the Shea Hearing Aid Center. After a year and a half of gaining knowledge and building relationships with patients, he was promoted to Shea Clinic’s Audiology Department to continue his professional growth and career as an Audiology Technician.
Michael enjoys developing relationships with patients more than anything else. Helping, coaching, and encouraging patients are what makes coming into work so much fun and rewarding.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, leading worship at his church, and taking his dog for walks.
